Group Five Pipe Saudi is manufacturing Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) Pipes, for various purposes, including water transmission, Oil & Gas, Construction and Pilling applications.
Our Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes are a common and effective solution for water transmission, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects. HSAW pipes offer a balance of cost-effectiveness, manufacturing efficiency, and performance capabilities, making them a preferred choice for the water transmission application. The unique helical (spiral) weld pattern helps distribute stress evenly around the pipe, contributing to high structural integrity and the ability to withstand significant pressure and external loads. When manufactured to international standards (e.g., API 5L, AWWA, ASTM), HSAW Pipes offer a long service life and reliable performance. Our production range is given as under:
